Tuesday 14th October Whale Watching

2 mother & calf pods only 400 metres off Point Cartwright this morning. The calves were both playing around with plenty of breaching and peduncle throws. One of the mums joined in on the peduncle throws too. Eventually we got some great close encounters with them...

A mother, calf & escort were sighted just off the bar this morning. The calf played for about 20 minutes doing some chin slapping. We also sighted a pod of Common Dolphins.
