On another beautiful sunny morning out on the water, we caught sight of a young mother and her calf around Point Cartwright. The playful calf was happily swimming with mum, as we followed alongside them for a few miles. This gorgeous pair then met up with some more whales where they continued to play around, with some of them demonstrating some exciting tail flukes, head lunges and a bit of breaching action to give us a little show. There were lots of relatively shy whales surrounding us, about 5 separate pods all together hanging out fairly close to us.
We heard so much positive feedback from our lovely guests on the boat – with both the morning and afternoon sessions, everyone seemed to really enjoy themselves. Every experience with Whale One is truly one of a kind – whether you’re cruising along on our big boat Whale One, or up close and personal with Wild One. Bring along your loved ones, and come with us next time to discover the magic of these beautiful creatures.
