With near perfect conditions, there were plenty of whales to be seen – 3 large whales cruising along quite comfortably for some time by the boat with alot of tail slapping and with one amazing breech nearby for all to see. Another three pods of 2 were a bit on the shy side – spending more time under the water than above it; and a mother and calf sticking very close to our boat. Along with all this whale action, a beautiful large turtle surfaced and approached Whale One for some ‘human watching’. The turtle hung around for about ten minutes before losing interest and swimming away
